We are currently able to provide our services to the following business types:
- Individual / Sole Traders
- Australian Companies
- Australian Trusts
- Australian Partnerships
Depending on your business type, we may require you to provide additional documentation to complete the onboarding process.
Can I open an account on someone's behalf?
In short, no. If you're not a director or beneficial owner of the business, you will need to invite one to finish onboarding the business. The fastest way to get started is to have a director or beneficial owner personally open any new account.
What if I don't have an ABN?
Currently, our services are exclusively for businesses. Without an active registered business, we are unable to support your payments at this time.
What if the details of my ABN are suppressed?
Without being able to identify and verify the details of your business, we will not be able to onboard you.
