How can I check the PayRewards Visa Gift Card available balance?

You can check your Gift Card balance at www.myprepaidcentre.com.au by selecting ‘Card Balance’ from the navigation menu or within the MyCardWallet phone application. 

Alternatively, you can also visit www.cardbalance.com.au.

If you have not created a MyPrepaidCentre account when first activating your card, you will need to locate the the email that is sent to you upon card activation to re-access the card, as shown below, and click on "Retrieve card". Follow the on-screen prompts to create a MyPrepaidCentre account.

Note: If you require the "retrieve card" email to be re-sent, please contact support@pay.com.au and provide the gift card details, as well as specifying you require the VISA gift card retrieval email to be re-sent to you.
