How do I transfer PayRewards Points into Velocity Points?

In order to transfer PayRewards Points into Velocity Points, there are a few steps you will need to take. 

1. Log into pay.com.au and navigate to: PayRewards >  Convert Points

2. Select your connected Virgin Australia Business Flyer account (Don't have one yet?  You can sign up for free here.)

3. Enter the total amount of PayRewards Points you wish to convert to Velocity Points. 

4. Select the checkbox that acknowledges and accepts the PayRewards terms and conditions. 

5. Navigate to the Rewards Portal Login page for your Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account.

6. Enter your login credentials.

7. Once you have logged into the Rewards Portal navigate to: Transfer Points.

8. Enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership details. (Don't have a Velocity Frequent Flyer account? You can create an account for free here.)

9. Insert the number of Velocity Points you would like to transfer to your Personal Velocity account*.

(*Note each transfer requires a minimum transfer of 3,000 Velocity Points.)

10. Log into your Velocity Frequent Flyer account - Login Page.

11. You will now see your available points balance reflect the transfer from your PayRewards Points balance.
