How do I update my account details?

You can update your profile settings like your mobile number, communication email or MFA preference by clicking the avatar in the top right corner and select Profile as shown below.

You can also change the Settings of your account like your subscription, user management and remittance notifications by clicking Settings in the navigation bar on the left hand side.

For security and compliance reasons, certain details such as your name or date of birth cannot be changed. 

However, if you need to update your login email or your residential/business address has changed, please get in touch with us at support@pay.com.au
