Through a partnership with Send payments, pay.com.au’s International Payments feature enables you to make cross border payments and earn rewards points on those payments.
As the International Payments feature requires an account to be set up with Send payments, only the Account Owner can enable the feature.
To enable International Payments in pay.com.au:

Go to Settings > Payments

Enable International Payments

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
Your account will be reviewed by our compliance team and they may reach out via email for additional documentation. You will receive an email when your account is Active and enabled for International Payments.
You can disable International Payments at any time by following the same steps. If you want your account with Send payments to be closed, you will need to contact Support, at support@pay.com.au.
